Well…for some people, high school is full of friends and fun memories. For me, that’s definitely not the case. At least this year. I’m a junior in high school and I’m VERY lucky to have a twin sister. But we don’t sit next to each other T^T We used to at the beginning of the year, and we’re not bad students AT ALL (we’re kinda goody-two-shoes lol), but we go to a school were almost EVERYONE smokes and does drug etc. stuff like that. So you could imagine how that goes. Eventually, my sis and I have become ‘splitters’ for people who talk too much in class and get in trouble. So technically, it’s their fault that I’m split from my other half for 4 freakin’ hours T^T (My school gets out at 12:00 cuz we’re cool like that).  And since I’m a freakin’ nervous wreck when it comes to talking to people who think you not worth talking to unless you’re smoking, my phone and iPod have become my other best friends while I wait to get out of the hell called ‘school’. I seriously don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have my twin sis and my AMAZING friends and family OUTSIDE of school this year (including you amazing people on Tumblr!) I’m usually a pretty positive person, but when it comes to my own emotions, it gets really hard….I drew this yesterday during class and I was having a HORRIBLE day. I almost started crying….I couldn’t even stop thinking about the craziness that’s been going on here in America. From the Boston Marathon Bombing to the explosions that happened in West, Texas. I LIVE IN DALLAS, TEXAS. You could only imagine how vulnerable I feel right now. I have so many plans for the future. Going to college, getting married, becoming an animator, being a mother…..I’m scared about so many things…. I’ll just have to keep praying, drawing, and listening to the music that brings me to my fantasy land. Music keeps me going and dancing through life (literally)

I was thinking about what it would be like for Raditz to finally meet his and Souda’s son, Pitaya. Like father like son! Souda can already tell this is gonna be a rough week…. I love my little dysfunctional Saiyan family! Blue, red, and green FTW Souda: Raditz meet your son, Pitaya. Pitaya, meet your father Raditz. Raditz: THIS is my son…? Pitaya: THIS is my father…? Souda: *This is gonna be a rough week….*

Since I drew Wonder Woman, I had to draw one of my other favorite female superheroes, Raven! I loved her so much in Teen Titans as a kid and I still do. Her story, personality and appearance is so rounded. I’m so glad it plays on Boomerang and I can’t wait to see the new show, ‘Teen Titans GO!’

I was watching some Justice League and reading about DC comics and I remembered how much I loved Wonder Woman! She’s a symbol of strong independent women and she’s got my respect for that. I mean, men are BANNED from her home! If that doesn’t say BOSS, I don’t know what does. I’ve got to do more DC fanart! Inspired by this REALLY beautiful old school Wonder Woman cover I saw the other day!

I colored an oldish sketch the other day cuz I bought some new Prismacolors! I can’t wait to get back to this story soon!  The outfit on the left is his ‘casual’ wear for when he’s just chillin’ with Vegeta Jr. and friends and fighting crime! The other outfit on the right is his school uniform. I want this story to take place in the 90’s cuz I LOOOVE 90’s anime (If you haven’t noticed lol), so his uniform is like the one Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho wears. Iv’e always wanted to use a uniform like that! And, as you can see, he doesn’t like school and would rather be out training or something lol He’s 16 years old in my story. He still wears the scarf he wore as a kid, but students aren’t allowed to wear head wear at school so he outs it on his wrist! Cute huh?

More Pitaya!! The son of Raditz and Souda! I’ve changed his hair from short to long to look more like Raditz. He inherits his Souda’s genetically enhanced eye, but in both. I wanted to concentrate on him and Souda while they lived on the refugee planet Issu. Like any other ‘widowed’ mother, it was always hard for her to explain why Raditz wasn’t there. It hurt her too much to talk about it… Age wise, Pitaya is 2 years younger than Gohan. So when Raditz was on Earth having his ‘family reunion’ on Earth, Gohan was 4 and Pitaya was 2.
